My very beautiful blue girl, Lacey, was the only blue in a litter of eight tri’s.

Lacey was only shown a handful of times before she turned three.

Winning her first class on 18.1.2003 then taking Baby in Group.

One of her early wins was at the International Extravaganza on 15.8.2004. Under Internationally renowned breed specialist, Robert Bell (Jenrock Collies), Lacey was awarded BOB & Intermediate in Group.


On the 9th and 10th of July 2005, Lacey was Runner Up Best of Breed to her sister Ch LochWind Better B Dazzl’d and half sister Ch LochWind Color Mia Rainbow who both took Group wins at the Winter Festival under Collie Specialist Mr Yoshio Mori (Japan) and Mrs J Buchanan (Canada). Under Mr Yoshio Mori, Lacey won State Bred In Group.laceygail


Continuing her run as bridesmaid,  on 21st August 2005 at the Collie Specialty Show under Jane Armatys (Keamaree Collies) Lacey was Runner Up Best In Show and State Bred In Show. Handled by Sandra Yearsley.


LochWind’s  grand finale, The Winter Festival 14.7.2006 under James Reynolds. Lacey was awarded Best of Breed over my Ch Tamaron’s Arranbrae Tradition (Imp Can).

This was the last show entered by LochWind Collies as I retired from showing.

Number One Collie in Western Australia for 2005.



Lacey went to the rainbow bridge to join Ruby on 16.7.2014.
